If you don't see a new folder icon after changing
folder appearance or if Windows displays invalid, corrupt or missing icons, you
should rebuild the system icon cache to repair incorrect icon images.
To rebuild the system icon
cache do the following:
Click "Tools" (Main
window, pos.15) and select "Rebuild system icon cache" (you also
can use Ctrl+R hotkey). Lovely Folders will confirm the system icon cache has
been rebuilt. After this operation Windows should update the display with correct
icon images.
