List of restricted web resources contains user-defined host names (like www.<servername>.com)
and IP addresses (like 192.168.2.16) which you want
to make inaccessible to any web browsers and even to any applications you are
using on the computer.
When users try to access these web resources using, for example, Internet Explorer,
the error page says "The page cannot be displayed" will appear. Also,
any software's attempts to gain access to restricted addresses will fail.
When adding host names to the list of restricted web resources, please note
that <servername>.com and www.<servername>.com
are different. Moreover, the advanced user can access to the restricted web site
by typing the server's IP address instead of the host name at the browser's address
bar. Thus, for strong protection you need to add each web host using these three
its variants, if possible.
