InTouch Lock

Shell / Explorer

Explorer:
Hide File menu - removes the File menu from My Computer and Windows Explorer. However, this setting does not prevent users from using other methods to perform tasks available on the File menu.
Hide Folder Options menu item - removes the Folder Options item from all Windows Explorer menus and removes the Folder Options item from Control Panel. As a result, users cannot use the Folder Options dialog box, which lets them set many properties of Windows Explorer, such as Web view, Offline Files, hidden system files, and file types.
Disable context menu - removes right-click context menus from the desktop and Windows Explorer.

Drives:
Hide selected drives - removes the icons representing selected drives from My Computer and Windows Explorer. Also, the drive letters representing the selected drives do not appear in the standard Open dialog box. Please note that this setting removes the drive icons only. Users can still gain access to drive contents by using other methods, such as by typing the path to a directory on the drive in the Run dialog box, or in a command window, or using third-party software like Total Commander.
Prevent access to selected drives - prevents users from using My Computer or Windows Explorer to gain access to the content of selected drives. Also, they cannot use the Run dialog box, the Map Network Drive dialog box, or the Dir command to view the directories on these drives. Note that this setting does not prevent users from using third-party programs to access local and network drives.

If you wish to prevent access to the entire drive, go to Files | No access, then click Add folder, select a drive root directory and confirm your choice by clicking OK, and finally press the APPLY button to activate changes. This will prevent the access to the selected drive, including all files and folders located on it.
